SHIPPING INFORMATION
Make sure to provide precise city, state, and zip code information. Remember to spell out the city to which you are shipping the order. Many times abbreviations, misspellings, and other typos can result in errors in this section. Makeup Mandy is not responsible for these errors.

You can add, edit, or delete shipping addresses during the checkout process.

After entering the “ship to” address, you can select a shipment method for your order. Delivery charges will be applied according to your selection.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
You can store multiple credit cards to use for your Makeupmandy.com purchase. During the checkout process, you can add, edit, or delete your information. Select one credit card for the payment of your order.

If you have a promotional code, you can enter the code in the APPLY COUPON field during checkout. The promotional offer will appear automatically into your shopping basket at the Order Confirm page. Only one promotional code can be used towards an order. Promotional code cannot be combined or redeemed for cash or credit. Other exclusions may apply.

CREDIT CARDS
We currently accept Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®.

Your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. If any numbers are different, the order cannot be processed. Be sure to correctly spell city names and avoid using abbreviations unless that is how your information appears on your statement.

Contact your financial institution if you need the exact billing address associated with your credit card.

For your security, Makeup Mandy requires you to enter your 3- or 4-digit Credit Card Verification Code (CV2) for orders using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover transactions. See below for help with credit card identification numbers.

VISA/MC/DISCOVER CARD CUSTOMERS:
Your Credit Card Verification Code (CV2) is in the signature area on the back of the card (it is the last 3 digits AFTER the credit card account number). Visa/MC/Discover customer CV2’s are 3 digits.

AMERICAN EXPRESS CUSTOMERS:
Your Credit Card Verification Code (CV2) a 4-digit number on the front of the card, ABOVE the embossed (raised) credit card account number. This number is referred to as the “Security Code.” American Express customer CV2s are 4 digits.

CHECKS & MONEY ORDERS
Makeupmandy.com does not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.

FRAUD PROTECTION PROGRAM
All payment forms are subject to verification and review by Makeup Mandy. Makeup Mandy reserves the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity. SHIPPING
Makeupmandy.com shipping charges are live shipping rates from FedEx. FedEx calculates these rates based on the total size and weight of your package. Makeupmandy.com offers a variety of shipping options for both US and International shipments.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Your FedEx Tracking number will be emailed to you once your order is shipped. Enter your Tracking Number here for status updates on your order.

ADDRESS BOOK
Default Shipping Address
To the right of your list of saved addresses, use the Default Address checkbox to designate which address you want to serve as your default ship to address. The default ship-to address information will appear automatically in the shipping screens when you make a purchase. (You will still be able to manually choose other available addresses during the checkout process).

Entering or Modifying Shipping Address
You can create, delete, and save multiple friends and family’s shipping addresses in your personal Address Book. To create or add new addresses, just click on the Create A New Address button. To delete or edit an address, just click on the Edit/Delete buttons located below each address.

SALES TAX
Makeup Mandy charges sales tax on orders delivered to addresses within California state. We do not charge sales tax on wholesale or professional products when Reseller Id number is valid.
