RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We want you to be completely happy with your order. If you are not completely satisfied with a Makeupmandy.com purchase or gift, we will gladly accept your return of unused, unopened, or defective merchandise. Returned merchandise should include the same packaging and tags, and be in the same condition, as when it was received. Used merchandise cannot be returned unless defective. A return shipping fee may apply. We regret that we are unable to refund your original shipping charges.

When you return your purchase to Makeup Mandy by mail within 30 days of purchase date, you will receive a full refund to your credit card for the price of the item(s). Items received more than 30 days after the purchase date may not be returned by mail and will be shipped back to you.

Please allow 10-14 days to process the return and credit your account. We will notify you via e-mail once your return has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will likely take approximately seven business days to reflect this transaction. If you have any questions about your return, please contact us.

To return your item(s) by mail:
1. Call one of our customer service reps at (310) 855-3305 to receive a pre-paid return shipping label.
2. Package your return in the box you received it in or in a well-padded box or envelop to prevent damage.
3. Mail your return via FedEx using the pre-paid Merchandise Return Label.
4. You will receive an email confirmation when your return is processed.

Returning Online Purchases In Store
Makeupmandy.com online purchases may be returned to Makeup Mandy store. Returned merchandise should be in the vendor packaging with all tags affixed and be in the same condition as when it was delivered. Simply bring the packing slip and the merchandise to any sales associate. Credit will be given to the original form of payment.
